YK Small Group Leader 7 Commandments

  1. 나누기 어려운 질문들은 답을 준비해 놓고 조장이 먼저 나누기!

    Group leaders will prepare for difficult questions in advance and share their answers first!

  2. 계속 조용하고 말하지 못 하고 있는 사람이 있으면 조심스럽게 말 할 기회를 주기!

If someone is feeling shy or has been quiet for a while, help them participate!!

  1. 너무 시끄러워서 주위 그룹들 방해가 되지 않게 하기!

Make sure your group is not distracting those around you!

  1. 모든 질문에 다 대답하지 않아도 되니, 나눔이 잘 이루어지거나 중요한 이야기가 나오면 그것에 충분히 시간을 사용하기!

    You don’t have to cover all the questions in the booklet; if the discussion is going well, use ample time for it!

  2. 다른 사람들의 생각과 고민들에 대해 너무 충고하거나 답을 주려고 하지 말기!

    Listen and respect what other people are thinking/going through; be weary of giving too many advice or trying to give “answers.”

  3. 모든 순서에 조금 일찍 도착해서 조원들 챙기기!

    Arrive to all programs a little early to welcome your group members!

  4. 모든 모임의 시작과 끝을 기도로!

    Start and end all meeting with PRAYER!
